Does not respond/follow-up to problems from his repair work. Pricey for the amount of repair work he does

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this guy at all. called him for a repair to my tile roof- he came right fairly quickly, said he could do the repair. 2 hours later said he was done – charge $650, next time it rained still had the same leak, haven’t been able to contact him since. apparently he blocked my phone and his email is non-existent, don’t even know if he is licensed. He does answer his phone if I call from a different number but immediately hangs up.
